Why kids' items get given away almost new
Children outgrow things faster than the things wear out, which is exactly why this Vyshneve category tends to have better-condition items than almost any other section on the site — a onesie worn twice, a stroller used for one season, a play mat that saw six months of use before the toddler moved on to something else. Parents with a second or third child often give away the older kids' outgrown things simply because storage space runs out before memory does.
Seasonal patterns are noticeable here: newborn and baby clothing gets posted heavily in spring and fall as families sort through closets, while strollers and car seats tend to appear when a child moves up to the next size bracket.
Before picking anything up, ask for the child's age and size range it was used for — sizing charts vary more between brands than most parents expect, especially in the first year.
