Free building materials and tools Ukraine
Leftover building materials — tile, paint, lumber, a partial bag of dry mix — are one of the most common free listings after any renovation, since there's rarely a good way to sell small leftover quantities. Ask about storage conditions before taking anything: cement and dry mixes kept somewhere damp can lose their properties well before the printed expiration date.
Tile and flooring are worth checking for batch or lot number — material from different batches can vary in shade even within the same product line sold in Ukraine.
Tools that occasionally show up alongside materials are worth testing in action rather than just looking them over, since a tool can look fine and still not actually work.
Wood (boards, beams) is worth inspecting for moisture and early rot, especially if it was stored outdoors and exposed to the elements.
