Victim Support Manila

Victim support Manila

People affected by conflict, natural disaster, or another emergency usually need urgent help first — temporary housing, basic necessities, food — with longer-term recovery support coming only after that. Manila listings in this category often arrive in waves right after a specific event, exactly when the need is most acute.

Volunteer response teams and humanitarian hubs in the Philippines coordinate large-scale help, while private listings here fill in with personal, targeted support that official channels can miss.

Items for setting up a temporary home (bedding, dishes, appliances) are a frequent request from people who've lost housing and are starting over close to nothing.

0 ads in this category, and responding quickly matters here more than almost anywhere else — help that arrives on time is often worth more than a bigger gesture that comes too late.

Checking in on a listing's timing matters too — needs shift quickly after a disaster, so a request from weeks ago may already be resolved.
